5 Steps to membership
Note: a valid government-issued driver’s license or state ID is required for membership. No other forms of identification are accepted.

Step 2 - Complete application
Print and fill out the form
Then include 2-Year membership fee of $20 - Checks made out to “ORD Airport Watch”

Step 3 - Email Carol Baran cbaran@bensenville.il.us a .jpg, passport-style, photo on a plain background.
Include email subject line: “OAW new member photo”
AT MINIMUM – images must be at least 1500 pixels wide x 1500 pixels high at 72 dpi

Law enforcement review
Step 4: All membership applications are reviewed by the Bensenville Police Department for 2-3 weeks, once all application requirements are submitted.
The Bensenville Police Department will mail approved applicants their OAW ID directly.

Step 5: Once an OAW IDs is received from the Bensenville Police Department, applicants must email Dave Blocher at dblocher01@gmail.com to purchase an Official OAW Safety Vest. Cost for the vest is $20 which includes shipping.
